The Liverpool football club is in a mess right now, as financial/physical problems seem to be their main obstacle. The Premier League – which they are trying to bring home – still ins’t coming back. Should Liverpool FC consider a total change before the next Premier League season (at list new coach, more players, new managing board)?

This one’s a tough one. I want to say yes, I really really do. But sometimes to progress in life, you got to cut the stuff that isn’t working – and well lets face it, Liverpool is doing awful this season. But you also have to look at the players, they also need to take a share in this horrid season. See this is the problem of Liverpool, they rely to much on their star players like Torres and Gerrard. They’ve both been injured this season and I think it’s really affected the team A LOT! I don’t think it’s totally fair to punish Rafa for that, is it? If anything I think they need to switch up players and give Rafa a little more time. If next season he doesn’t get things done like normal, then cut the guy loose. My two cents.

Yes,this season is really awful for Liverpool. But, whats their problem? I don’t think that that’s really Rafa, of course, as a managare he needs to do his work,so everybody want to see the problem in him, but the problem is that Liverpool can’t play without Torres and Gerrard. Yes, there where matches which Kuyt or Benayoun were playing very well and without Torres and Gerrard, but if you want to see Liverpool incredible, where always needs to be Torres and Gerrard. And I really love them both, but i’m too wory about Liverpool, they need change, really need it, maybe more good players: like a striker to “replace” Torres(of course,no one can replace him (:). I think there is a time to improve for Rafa and for the team this season,and if not, maybe yes,it will be time for a big change.

Yes in fact, both your points (Dia and Ari ) make big sense, but in a way, I think the club should take immediate action… what do you think? Rafa’s used quite some time now (many years of tries), and he’s not been able to organize his army well enough to win the Premier League. I don’t believe that allowing Rafa to manage Liverpool (with his rotation policy etc…) after the 2010 World Cup will be the right idea. I would personally advice the club to start something all new after the world cup with more new players, a new manager (lucky as Pep Guardiola), and perhaps new owners. I’m not saying that the squad should change completely in terms of players because in my opinion, Gerrard and Torres are good, but they definitely need the help of new midfielders/strikers.

This is what Liverpool fans should be screaming at their club: ALL NEW! WE WANT IT ALL NEW! hehe Can you believe it? 19 years without the Premier League trophy? And their FA Cup win vs West Ham in 2006 was their last cup success! Eyyy, Liverpool… They really need to change things. 1) Rafa is stubborn and not a good planner 2) Torres and Gerrard are excellent but they can’t carry the load themselves 3) There’s no unity in the board management. They should be copying Man United or Barcelona for that 4) What do they actually want to win? Maybe they should concentrate on the league only instead of going out for all the cups and then ending winless.

Liverpool, Liverpool… Are they even going to grace the Champions League next season? Well…

I would like to ask the OP. why u post alot of articles. U are everywhere,here and there. Which team do u supprt? ithink u support Real Madrid and Christiano Ronaldo. Why don’t u focus on those issues that can make sense?

All very good points – except for Shimelis, I have no idea why you would criticize Isaac for interacting with everybody, when he has very good valid points on what his talking about. It seems to me like you don’t make sense because first off all, Isaac doesn’t even like Real Madrid or Cristiano for that matter. His a Barca fan (unfortunately ). You know, your allowed to like more than one team right? Especially if their in different leagues, so just take a chill pill and calm down. And like you said Ang, NEW NEW NEW! I like Rafa, but you guys are right, his had a lot of opportunities and well, his just not delivering sadly.

Tnx Dia , by the way Shimelis, the thing is that following the interaction from every group is a positive thing, and it enables me to know the fans better, share my points of view with them etc… Well, as for Liverpool, I must reaffirm that the club needs something NEW altogether. Otherwise, they should focus on only one trophy and ignore the others, since striving for all trophies each season hasn’t been successful for quite a number of years now. You’re all great guys, coolio!!

yesterdyay i didn’t come to my office so i apologise for being late to respond ur emails. well what i meant was the issue he raised not significant as almost things have gone worse to the Liverpool this season. yet,they have good chance to finish the season 4th. but i don’t see the reason liverpool is a good subject to discuss this time. they have come to win games, 8 successive games imagine. Only they lost the game with us-Arsenal. As opposed to this we began losing games All fingers this time around are pointing to us as we are unable to win the two big games we had so far. Diana & Asante, i am not criticizing. Even if i was criticizing, u should not hate it. i appreciate all the points but i am of the opinion it is insignificant. i like both Diana and Asnate. Isaac, i invite u come 2 ethiopia. keep in touch.
